• Manages overall project performance (quality, scope, schedule, cost, communication, resource issues, risks, and customer satisfaction), utilizing the resources of team members
• Serves as single-point-of-contact by establishing, maintaining, and managing customer, subcontractor, and joint venture partner's expectations (where applicable) relating to project performance

Qualified candidates for the position of Qualified SWPPP Practitioner Assistant will work under the supervision of a Qualified SWPPP Practitioner in the preparation and oversight of SWPPP documents, Best Management Practices installed at job sites, and monitoring and sampling of stormwater discharge. Additionally, this position will assist with municipality and client coordination.  Projects include low and high density residential projects, commercial and industrial subdivisions, as well as various public works and capital improvement projects.

Under the direct supervision of a Licensed Professional Engineer, performs structural engineering design and project coordination tasks. Duties and level of responsibility on tasks will vary based on experience level but will include:

• Design of various structural elements (bridges, retaining walls, and other miscellaneous structures) on infrastructure and private development projects
• Manage and develop plans and models using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Geopak, MicroStation OpenRoads Designer
• Prepare detailed design calculations and construction drawings for bridges, retaining walls, and other miscellaneous structures
• Identification of and adherence to governing codes for structural design of various elements
• Prepare construction cost estimates/quantity takeoffs
• Field reviews and construction inspections
• Creation and submission of technical reports, presentations, exhibits and design calculations
• Perform engineering calculations/analyses
• Coordinate with government entities, utility service providers and subconsultants
• Manage task assignments for budget and schedule adherence
• Review and approves project submittals, RFIs and supports field activities during construction.
